Cosmin promised me money ($40 in Crypto) + Admin role in exchange for a rebrand banner

I list out the required permissions (manage messages, manage roles, manage channels, ban/kick, etc.), which he promised to do, but kept delaying with excuses

I sent out all the files

A nearly identical banner (recolored blue + Same fonts) appears in heist's #updates channel and is now used in the main server as Heists server profile.

June 14, 2026

Cosmin starts making excuses in #general — claims unlicensed fonts, claims he never used it, claims he remade from scratch... Which is false.

💰 Original Deal

Cosmin promised $40 + keys AND admin with substantial permissions in exchange for banner design work, he kept delaying the process and sometimes just straight up ghosted me.

❌ Font Lie

Cosmin falsely claimed "unlicensed fonts" — Figma uses Google Fonts, which are FREE for commercial use under SIL Open Font License 1.1. Even after all that, Cosmin used the SAME font for the design.

🎨 Design Theft

The banner was recolored from pink to blue and changed only one or two things in the design. Cosmin then claimed he "remade from scratch" — which is false.

🚫 Broken Promise

Only the role WITHOUT extra permissions were given. The $40 was never paid. The PSD file was delivered but compensation never materialized, only delays.
